I was wondering that one earlier. I think the concensus from the SE group is M11 then to the A14 and across.

Me and Houndog are coming up from Camberley way so coming round the M25 to meet you at Toddington on the M1 is doable. Stick yer name in the South Coast convoy thread too, and we'll see how it pans out.

I'll tie up with you if that's ok as I'm only round the corner.

This thread does need some sorting though. Any volunteers?

Working back from Andy's times, if Popuptoaster and myself leave M25 J28 at 10.40 we can meet Andy at about 11. So I've started a timetable for meeting points if someone want's to continue it.

Possible meet A14 J21 (for A1 traffic) around 12.00pm

A14 J29 11.45am (to meet EA members)
M11 J7 11.00am
M25 J28 10.40am

This should then get us to site around 1pm

Personally I don't think the A14 is going to be a problem.
It's a bank holiday because someone is getting married and lots of people will be at home watching it on tv. The traffic might be worse after the tv coverage finishes from around 1pm, but I still think there will be less traffic on the roads than we think there is gonna be

If the A14 is busy and everyone gets stuck for hours, then Badboy gets to supply traffic jam refreshments, and wash everyones trucks before the home journey I reckon!

For the Kent Foggers, a final meeting point at thurrock services might be a plan to pick up Pete who's probably coming up the a21 and round the 25...

Maybe a meet point up by Nells cafe on the A2 would be best for the rest who would be using the m2/a2 to head out of Kent...

What do you think Kent foggers??
