does anyone know if theres a way to tell if my laptop is still being remotly controlled or monitored ? i had it checked remotely wednesday afternoon but had the feeling someone else was interfering with it over 24 hours later after the check !
WHY AINT I GOT AN ALL SINGING & ALL DANCING SIGNATURE LIKE BOXY & DRIFTY ?

download a firewall and see what is connecting

have you any specific in mind bc ? its running windows 8 btw
with my old router i had control over the security etc and could monitor who used it but with this i cant.

it was through the dell support helpline rob ( under warranty ) i watched what they were doing etc but my web cam did something its never done before last night without me touching anything/changing myself , it then hit me that maybe someone could still be logged on from the support check session the day before ! i might be being paranoid but id like to know for sure.

Any of the compatible free FW's will be fine mate. All of which should ask for permission to connect whilst in 'learning' mode.
