Anyone been having trouble logging on tonight???

Anyone been having trouble logging on tonight???

Postby gregster on Mon Dec 31, 2012 11:58 pm

As the title says...

anyone else been having trouble logging in this evening?

Sally couldnt log in, and there was no one on line for an hour or so, which is kinda uncharacteristic based on traffic for the rest of the evening...

and then suddenly Sally can log in and then we have 10 or so members on here...

Did shoot dwifty a text...but he is probably mullered somewhere...but dunno if he did something?

I did have a problem trying to log in on my iPad, it kept asking me to register.
Tried logging in on my lap top and got straight on but could not reply to the happy new year post.

So here goes a little late, Thanks for the post Greg

I would just like to add a happy New year to all the friends I have met through FOG may you all have a happy and properous year bring it on.

2013 may sound a bit dodgy to the triskadeckaphobics amoung you but it can't be any worse than 2012

I was sober last night

Anyway, I posted this on FB earlier as was not online last night

Stephen Byrne The Frontera Owners Group forum has been running fine, as with most servers there may be an occasional temp glitch or the server slows or goes off line for updates. I find the server is a bit slower on the odd Saturday morning but not any other time. I have used most browsers and operating systems and most devices to access FOG and never had any real problems, some guys may need to empty the browser cache for a better experience. One other explanation could be the amount of internet traffic on your local area hubs slowing local connections down especially New Years Eve, which brings me to wish you all the best for the New Year.

I did log on, think it was yesterday morning and saw the server owner mooching on here so not sure if he was up to something on the server end?
