Driverless bluetooth dongles - dirt cheap!

Driverless bluetooth dongles - dirt cheap!

Postby Paul A on Sat Feb 05, 2011 12:30 pm

Hi,
Couple of weeks back I bought a driverless bluetooth dongle from Maplin for £12.99 for the laptop.
No complaints about it, works great... works on virtually anything that has a usb port (android etc...)
BUT..... went into a new shop in Stevenage yesterday "Bargains U.K." and they had the SAME ones for...... wait for it...... £1.29!!!!!!!!!!
Yep.... one tenth of the Maplin price!!!
So I bought a few.
One of them I'm using on a code reader that I bought off ebay that had a usb out on it... now its "wireless" :)
Reckon as I still have all the packaging for the Maplin one and the reciept I might just be "Returning it".
If anybody needs one of these £1.29 bargains I'll be going into Stevenage next week.. give me a P.M.

My sister in-law lives in Stevenage by the big ASDA, where about's is the maplins I will give her a ring and see if she can pick me one up
I would prefer a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy.

Hi Mate,
Not Maplins!
They are in a new shop called "Bargains U.K." which is in the main shopping centre (Opposite the westgate centre entrance)

Cheers I will give her the heads up, it really is just around the corner from her.
