With the nvidia tools, just click on auto tune & it'll sort itself out. Takes a while, but its worth it :D

the gt 320 is a weak card but i think it has the edge over a 8600 gt,so it should run the likes of black ops but in very low settings,and even then it wont run very good.

Yeah, ntune works on all nvidia cards, even laptops :D ati cards are best off using riva tuner :D
