FREE 0800 calls from your mobile

FREE 0800 calls from your mobile

Postby BadBoy on Tue Dec 21, 2010 2:55 pm

Did you know that depending on your contract or PAYG tarrif your mobile provider could charge you for calls to 0800 Freephone numbers.
Mine does. I'm with Orange on their Panther tarrif @ £35.00 per month and I still have to pay for these calls.

But there is a way around it.......

0800 Buster :D

Call 0118 352 0800 from your mobile. This is a UK fixed landline number and therefore you will only be charged at your normal mobile to landline rate. That means that if you have inclusive minutes then you can now call those 0800 numbers out of your inclusive minutes.

Say No To 0870 is not accurate. At work were all ways getting calls intended for a different part of the company and cannot help them or transfere so we just hang up. They dont do you any favours apart give you the wrong number. We have tried to get the number removed but they wont unless we can give them a geographic number that dosent exist.

I hate Say No To 0870 they are a pain in the :butt:
