Useful bits of kit, those, but as per the above, it will depend on how old your "old HD's" are as to whether they can be used... It won't talk to any old style parallel ATA drives (those that used the big 40/80 pin ribbon cables) Jim...

Re: Is my graphics card dead?
DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER It turned up today, alarm bells rang when I opened the bag and it was wrapped in foam and bubble wrap but no box, so I checked it over and it seemed fine. I plugged it in (the plug was tiny) then the power unit was crackling and popping, then sparking. I disconnected it and half expected a bang. Tried another connection and it seems fried. Looking at the plug it has no British Standard mark and a feeble copy of a CE mark, no way is it fused its just to small. All the rest looks fine but looking at the sellers feed back, which stupidly I forgot to do and I always look normally, there seems to be a lot of the products looking fake. So a strongly worded email has been sent and its been reported to ebay, withholding feedback for the moment, I want to hear what they say Ste
