Outlook express 6 setup help

Outlook express 6 setup help

Postby Kevin1964 on Wed May 05, 2010 4:41 pm

Hi all
I sometimes get directed to outlook express if i go to a company website contact email address to make inquiries. The only problem with this is it asks me to set up the outlook express when i go to send the email and i think it has to work alongside my own aol email address ???. I sometimes try to copy and paste the contact email address the company website directs me to into my aol account so i can send the emails that way instead and sometimes without success....MAILER DEMON comes back quite often on my aol emails when i send them....I only know how to use the pc's not set them up for such things which is why I don't know anything about outlook express or how to set it up so help is required in a step by step order by way of a pm please....

Well the first problem there is that you're using Always Off Line ... sorry, AOL. This is gonna cause some problems. That said, as far as I know AOL do have their own mail client you can use.

However, to set up Outlook Express for AOL, take a look at this link :)

Sadly, unless you pay for their "enhanced" service, you cannot normally access Yahoo mail from an external client
